— This exclusive South Yarra address features five substantial luxury residences by Carr Design. Jack Merlo was called upon to provide a level of landscape architecture befitting Melbourne’s prestigious Botanic Gardens precinct.

Each of the five private residences is unique, with a range of outdoor spaces to maximise light and connectivity with interior living areas. Just some of the design features include elevated pools on the upper levels of two residences, lush greenery, sunken courtyards, built-in seating and entertainment areas.

Although a multi-residential project, the vision of Carr Design was to create individual addresses which were more like large homes than townhouses or apartments. By emphasising space and light for each individual setting, the landscape architecture by Jack Merlo reflected this approach outdoors.
