From the moment of arrival, a sculptural garden plane defines the entry experience, highlighted by the retention of an established crepe myrtle. The built environment rises above with a clean arrangement of travertine and glazing on the facade and a horizontal composition to the rear elevation outlined in climbing and dripping greenery and offering glimpses of landscaping on expansive terraces.
Each residence is defined by generous outdoor spaces, three of which feature pools, while all enjoy functional courtyards proportioned for enjoyment. The apartments are elevated by their house-sized spatial volumes and a preference for noble natural materials that complement softscaping and well-designed outdoor areas. The carefully considered landscaping incorporates evergreen and ornamental plantings, enhancing the site's year-round privacy and aesthetic appeal. Foliage and flowers are effortlessly balanced through the curation of lilly pillys, daphnes, azaleas, hydrangeas, star jasmine, bougainvillea, blueberry ash and smooth leaf quandong. This draws inspiration from the garden-led ambience of the nearby Gascoigne Estate. A private penthouse crowns the top floor and features an ample landscaped rooftop and pool.
