Armadale

Heirloom Armadale is an elegant multi-residential development situated in one of Melbourne's most prestigious suburbs.

Evoking a sense of old-world grandeur.

Echoing Armadale's Edwardian character

Designed via a like-minded collaboration between architectural firm Woods Bagot, Urban DC, and Jack Merlo, the project echoes the Edwardian character of the High Street shopfronts through its rhythmic facade and ornate details.

A green escape from the city's bustle

Layered landscaping and integrated planters

The development features a tranquil green courtyard space that serves as a serene escape from the bustle of city life.

Private terraces on both the north and south sides of the building offer residents exclusive outdoor areas, while the unique architectural statement of the arched facade is complemented by cascading landscaping and integrated planters. This thoughtful design includes a variety of plant species curated for their evergreen qualities and striking foliage contrast, such as ivy, ginkgo, and star jasmine.

Water features enrich the environment, and raised planting areas serve as functional bench seating. Heirloom Armadale is not just a residential complex but a harmonious blend of architecture and nature.
