Panoramic outlooks and expansive, multi-level spaces.
Collaborating closely with esteemed interior designer David Hicks, the home’s landscaping continues that design language of the built environment showcasing contemporary elements such as travertine and bronze-stained timbers, highlighted by sculptural Japanese box ball topiary and a striking façade of stone-clad blade walls. At the same time, a vibrant array of flora—from Crepe Myrtles to hydrangeas—enhances the outdoor beauty.
A key element of the residence’s two-storey design is a mezzanine terrace that provides privacy and views, connecting indoor and outdoor areas with a lawn to the north and a wet-edge pool to the west. Weeping lilly pilly drips over the fence line while a colonnade element is adorned in wisteria. This layered backdrop shapes a flower and foliage-forward atmosphere that instils a tranquil ambience around such upscale features as a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, and a stunning rooftop terrace with a spa and teppanyaki bar.
