For the landmark FV development in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, developer Tim Gurner and architect Callum Fraser called upon Jack Merlo’s expertise to create a series of rooftop spaces to rival the world’s best luxury hotels.

The end result matched the sophistication of the amenity across the three towers of the development, with features including private dining areas, a pool which laps around a series of day beds, spaces to entertain large groups of friends, barbecue and dining areas, and small spaces for more private relaxation in the sun.
